The Walrus Talks Advancing Work
THIS WEEK: Join us in Toronto or online for our
last event of the year!

We asked Event Manager Alice Stratford-Kurus why she's looking forward to The Walrus Talks Advancing Work.
"In recent years the shortfalls of our existing systems of work have really come into focus and, at the same time, we have begun seeing more examples of how we can approach work differently.

Our amazing speakers will offer insights and actions in order to challenge the harmful barriers, biases, and assumptions that frame our status quo of work. They will address migrant justice, mentorship for racialized women, youth empowerment, climate crisis preparation, living wage policies, access for persons with disabilities, and innovative local entrepreneurship.

This event will bring together experts across regions, demographics, and disciplines to share how they are reimagining what is possible and leading the frontier of better work. Together we can create change that generates more possibilities and potential for people across Canada.

I hope that you will be part of this!"
